The aesthetic and atmosphere of the salon is top touch. The technicians are super sweet. She ensured I felt comfortable before going forward and service was so quick.

My experience was great!! This was my first time at SEV Laser. Ms Natasha and Ms Avery were so nice, so approachable. The smell and the aesthetic were soothing. The music, appealing. Jessica was such a servant. She made sure I was comfortable, provided relevant facts about after care and what to expect after my treatments were done. I loved everything about the experience.

First time laser experience and it was great! When asking my friends where to go they recommended to book at SEV Buckhead and to specifically ask for Nicole! They were so right! Nicole greeted me with a smile and gave me a great information on what to expect during my appointment. She could tell I was nervous and checked in with me consistently to see if I was feeling any discomfort. It went by so fast and I left feeling great! Definitely looking forward to booking with her for the rest of my sessions (:

I’ve had six treatments here so far, and my experiences have been inconsistent depending on the laser tech and who is at the front desk. I have yet to be scheduled with a laser tech I have requested. It’s actually frustrating having to explain everything over and over again to a different tech each time. Is there a reason why I have never been scheduled with a tech I personally request and have had a good experience with? If it’s down to scheduling, then communicate that. All it takes is a simple “xx is unavailable at that time and date, but they are available at this time.”I’d be more than happy to accommodate my schedule in order to receive the tech I prefer. Also at my last appointment, the receptionist was playing something incredibly loud on her personal phone, and she wouldn’t even bother to pause it while dealing with clientele. I found that extremely unprofessional. I also expected to have greater hair reduction after six treatments, but that is not the case. Overall, the lack of consistency in treatment quality and communication regarding scheduling has been frustrating.

It was my first time getting laser treatment. The lovely lady at the front desk was very welcoming, which eased some of my anxiety. The technician who performed the laser treatment was incredibly informative. She talked me through the entire process, explained the aftercare, and made sure all my questions were answered. She took her time and frequently checked in to make sure the laser wasn’t too intense, very gentle. Overall, I’d rate it a 10/10.
