The company is giving false hope to the candidates. I had a really bad experience in April 2023. Firstly, general HR rounds for resume filtering and basic knowledge checks Round 2. Conducted an aptitude test for a 6-year-experience candidate. Round 3: Technical Round 1 Round 4. Technical round 2 For Document verification, certificates were submitted as per their request. After all this, they did not call back or follow up. They wasted my time.
Fake job adds don’t waste your time here.
One of the worst interview process I would have ever attended Round 1. Technical testing round 1- were asked to write test case for given document Round 4.Technical testing round 2 Round 5.Head hr round Document verification and certificates and doj were asked Then came up with new job description and conducted one more round Round 6: Automation technical round No result/feedback were shared, for 3 weeks they followed me up and wasted my time. If you are not clear in your process don't waste candidate time. If you really want to join this company think twice before joining, if they want to reject you they will come up with new job description which you never worked on or have hands on experience.
