No one answers phones in Springdale. Guess they are too busy for my business, whoever runs extension 2 must not be knowledgeable on picking up a phone!!!

I had a decent experience building with Seaside. However the prices in their store are very high. They charged me $70 for a replacement capacitor for my pool pump. The same capacitor is $23 at an electric store. This week they sold me a bag of shock for $14, that is twice the price of online. I priced a filter replacement and it was $50 here but $25 online. I would price check before buying anything here.

My wife and I visited this location on 7/17/21 and had the worst customer service ever. We ask to speak with someone about inground pools. Both they options as well as the pricing. We spoke with Bryan and he could not have been more uninterested in explain options and proving to us. He made us feel like we were wasting his time and interrupting his lunch. We spent a full week in the area buying a home and getting to know Bentonville, Bryan was literal the only person in the entire community that made us feel unwelcomed. We went down the street and bought a pool from Burton. The customer service was excellent at Burton!

Enjoy working with this company, always helpful and friendly when you walk in... enjoy talking with the guys up in Bentonville on the weekends. Never have problems keeping my pool looking perfect thanks to them!
