**BEWARE** I dropped my phone off at 10:40am on Tuesday December 6th I needed the back of my iPhone replaced they told me it would take 2 to 3 hours I said "I have to go to work at 12:30pm can I pick it up tomorrow morning at 10 AM when you open" he said" perfect it'll be done this afternoon "so I went in the next morning 24 hrs later (next day) and the back to the phone still has not been replaced to my cell phone he said he's halfway done that he has the back off 😳 This is horrible they've had my phone for 24 hours and All they could accomplish was getting the back off the phone 🙄 So as of right now I'm still waiting for my phone to be repaired!!! Beware!!!!!!

The customer service here is excellent. They kept me updated on my repair and accommodated shipping my device to me when I had to leave town before my device was ready. When I received my iPad, the repair was well done and I believe the price I paid was very fair. I highly recommend coming here to get your devices repaired!

The people at screen works are always honest and friendly…they repaired my phone within 30 minutes and I was back on track. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a repair! Good people!
