Hack Fraud Dishonest !!!! 7yr dedicated customer Paid to have replacement of the pinion seal on a 07 gmc 1500, the rear failed 4500 miles later, on rt 80 further investigation resulting in 3400$ of damage and transportation costs Due to improper installation of seal. Truck history 1 owner vehicle, retired woman from CA 99,000 miles at time of repairs from Scotty Dealer maintained previously to scotty Investigation showed Scotty Auto did not complete repair correctly Leaving non reusable parts (crush collar) in the differential upon replacement of pinion seal By failing to replace the non reusable pinion nut, crush sleeve and correctly setting pinion preload had caused the failure. None of the non reusable parts was listed on invoice and procedure described on Invoice was generic All diagnosis was performed by a professional differential shop. All this Has resulted in a new $3,400.00 repair from a differential shop & tow co. to correct the damage. And addition $2000.00 in parts to correct the rest. Scotty Auto incorrectly made this repair and is in denial that he is wrong Offering no help what so ever and told me”I should of been watching out more for my Mom, so she wouldn’t get ripped off as this is what I do for my family” Sounds to me Scotty doesn’t really care about his customers (My Mom is 70yrs old) or correct repair procedures. Maybe Scott can check his phone and review all the videos and pictures I sent him of the safety concerns and deficiencies with his staff. Hope by sharing my experience helps others to make a better decision, then end up with empty pockets and stranded without a vehicle for work and your family.

Stopped by without an appointment to have my headlamps changed since these newer cars can't be self-serviced anymore it seems! Anthony and Cane made sure it went in right away since I was on my way to work. The job was done quickly and despite the difficult access due to the vehicle's design, they didn't even charge me for their time. We take all of our vehicles to them for everything beyond our repair knowledge, and will never go anywhere else!

Had a pretty good experience. Great customer service and comfortable waiting room. They were able to take me in the same morning and had me out within 1.5 hours. Prices are reasonable. I plan to come back for future maintenance. Thanks!

I had a wonderful experience at Scotty's as I always do. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and was met with a clean waiting room and friendly staff. I live locally so I took advantage of their shuttle service. The problem was fixed at a reasonable price and in a timely manner.
