My mother and I experienced a lack of interest and unprofessional attitude from the women working there (mother and daughter, I believe) on several occasions. Remaining seated, not greeting, and being on your phone when customers come in is not customer-friendly in my opinion. Also, sitting down to answer questions and then scrolling back down. My mother bought a saree here another day, which turned out to be dirty and frayed. A woman told me that my mother had touched the bottom with her hands, which caused it to get dirty, but she was being dressed by the store employee, so...? When we returned the saree, we received a credit note...

Today I managed to find a kurta for my fiancé and a lehenga for myself. We received very friendly service and will definitely be back!

Bought and altered my bridal lehenga. It was beautifully and professionally done. They called me to let me know it was ready and to come in for a fitting. It fit perfectly right away, even though everything had to be enlarged and extra fabric was used. This was done beautifully and creatively. Very happy with my maroon lehenga. And top-notch service.

What a wonderful shopping experience! We were greeted politely, allowed to browse, and received advice where needed, without feeling pushy. It was the first shop I'd looked at for a sari, so I wanted to continue browsing. The lady understood my needs completely, and I was still allowed to try on the sari I liked, given the time and space to do so. She also provided excellent guidance on how best to drape the sari. Finally, I continued my search, and yes, Sari Nagar had the perfect sari for me. The dressmaker was able to tailor it the very next day, and I immediately bought matching jewelry. In a word, fantastic! My compliments!
