Unfortunately a poor experience with Sapphire. If you claim mileage as part of your job, recommend going elsewhere, wasn't given the right advice from the start. Gone round in circles trying to get resolved. Have used previous umbrellas which have been fantastic, will be returning to those as soon as I can!

Awful company, can’t even get the basics right Do not understand how to file minus payslips after repeatedly messing up at their end Seem utterly clueless on how to fix this and unwilling yo resolve We are hundreds of pounds a month down due to an incorrect tax code because of their mistakes I wouldn’t even use them for basic accounting personally

What a fantastic company. Answer the phone straight away, bend over backwards to help and sort out issues immediately. 10/10 service, would have stayed but my new employer wouldn’t let me use Sapphire for contractual reasons.

Poor experience, better providers are out there, suggest you use them. Failed pension contributions and poor customer service, good with excuses though. Still mopping up after them.

A good company to work with. When ever I have issues their brilliant customer team always there to help me. Recently I had two queries, William & Gem from their customer care team helped to answer mine. They are very helpful and really care about their customers.
