Sanks Sushi

I ordered sushi 2 hours ago and it is still not delivered. Okey I made a mistake and I call them for my address they said okey so where is my order?

Crooks! First they changed the order delivery time from 20 to 90 minutes, but when I called to cancel coz it was too late, the girl says to call thuisbezorgd to cancel. However, when they contacted her to confirm, she denies the whole thing. Eventually they didn’t cancel the order and delivered it 120 minutes later… and the order was wrong. They refused ti admit anything. Crooks!!! Will never order from here again. Avoid!!!

They canceled our order claiming it was below the minimal amount despite the fact that on the website it said that we exceeded the minimum order. They also charge for chopsticks and soy sauce. Unbelievable.

I usually order from here and they have great sushi but tonight was not the case. initially the crispy vega and half of the avocado maki was straight up missing. i then called and no explanation was given as to why these were missing just that they would contact the delivery person. i called again an hour later to be met with "so do you have a question or?" after i explained calmly that i had ordered an hour earlier and wanted to see if i was going to get the rest of my order. they said a new order was almost on the way. this order only had the crispy vega and not the missing half of the avocado maki. the new crispy vega also tasted strange (perpahs hastily made)

Sanks is the best and fresh sushi around West of Amsterdam. But they are horrible with delivery time. It takes on average 2 hours for the order to arrive even when you order with their website. You call expecting to know why its taking so long and sometimes they don't answer. I still order with them sometimes but it's always stressful
