Bus is good but overpacked. AC on off to save diesel. Ver slow to fill ... Overfill passengers.. total waste. Govt bus are far better... Faster, ventilated, on time..

Highly disappointed from staff behaviour especially the who sits in the agency IF YOU ASK ANYTHING they talk like they are doing some kind of favour . The bus is in good condition but they should know how to talk

Disappointing Experience with Staff Behavior I recently traveled with Sanjeev Bus Service and was disappointed by the staff's behavior. The employees were rude and spoke to passengers in an inappropriate tone, which made the journey uncomfortable. While the bus service itself may be reliable, customer service is an essential part of the travel experience. I hope the management takes passenger feedback seriously and provides better training to their staff on how to interact with customers professionally and respectfully. Improvement in staff behavior would greatly enhance the overall service quality.

Do not book such buses Bus gets cancelled without providing any prior information to customers which makes inconvenience and no one takes responsibility for that and don't provide refund also
