The ER told me that you would send me paperwork and I didn't receive the paperwork until 4:00 in the afternoon of the day I was supposed to be there ER sent me to room 408 you weren't there I got lucky and found out you were in 211 and then I had to sit for two and a half hours appointment was at 12:45 I didn't get in to see the doctor until 3:00 and then I had to sit for another half hour and I told the doctor about it when I got home at 4:00 the mailman ran with the paperwork I should have had Friday they're going to do a procedure on Me on the 30th I hope that he is a better doctor than his office staff is

People are nice and friendly and remind u of your appointment.

I appreciated how he not only gave me eye contact but my husband as well. He made me feel with his questions that he really cared and that I can trust my life in his hands. Dr. Jain performed a successful colonoscopy for me in the past. This is why I purposely requested him to be my doctor. He reminds me of how patient, professional and courteous Doctors use to be when I was a young girl growing up.

I seen this Dr today it took him forever for me to wait on him good 30 mins after the assistant ask the questions she says he would be right with me I sat there for 30 plus mins .he finally came in ask me few questions has the assistant get me a gown while after he stepped out of the room .I waited another 30 mins or more after he exam in me he told me get dressed he be in to talk to me put a good scare in me then says we can schedule surgery get you colon test .I said what's the surgery for .? He told me .I said well if ok I wanna think on this ask if it was ok .he gave me answer and act like he wanted to talk to me bout questions I had .he had the door open answer my questions for every one to hear .what about the privacy act? Cripes .he was rushing out the door like some body else on here says . He seem more worry bout the money .

I have been a patient of his for 4 yrs. Have always had problems getting my medication in a timely manner. I think it is because I am on Passport. But if you don't won't to accept the insurance and what goes along with it, then don't. I have currently been out of the medication he prescribes me for 10 days. I have called his office several times to no avail. If you need a doctor...DO NOT CHOOSE HIM!!!!
