Even though you arrive on location at the office where the sales staff are working, you are not immediately saddled with a salesperson who wants to sell you everything. You will be greeted nicely and given the space to first take a look in the showroom. After that we were very kindly helped with a complete and clear quotation in which every required part is considered. Great help!
Good item with excellent value for money. Good help and finally ordered products online and received them neatly. Was a bit less staff and quite a lot of customers. Improvement point or coincidence. Definitely recommended

Not that many showrooms, mostly just loose parts. Staff was helpful and friendly, bathrooms looked nice.
1 star review because they don’t really deserve the high overall score. Everything was fine when we ordered, some of the stuff like taps was well priced and good quality, but then they delivered toilet without seat fixings. I thought it’s a simple fix, send another 2 packs, but not so! First their customer service are like 1 dollar detectives asking for photos of the box, yea there you go, we did search like I said, but still, they say are you sure you checked inside the box? Of course as I said 3 times. Can you find some in your warehouse and send? No, you have to wait an unknown amount of time, until we contact our “supplier” for it to be “in stock”. They make no apologies and have arsey rude tones in their replies. I can’t recommend a company that doesn’t try to correct wrong orders, politely and promptly.
