Today purchased trolly in the Shop. This store product explain is very good.

One of the worse experiences I’ve had trying to service my suitcase. I had gone down to the store asking to service my suitcase. He asked me if it was bought in this store to which I said ‘no’. He started saying he’ll not even hear what the problem is & was soo arrogant with his body language. He called himself the Manager of the store & refused to give anything in writing. He went about saying “Talk to whoever you want, my name is Murugesan, let’s see what they can do to me” Literally I’m dumbfounded of his actions. Roshan bag mall sells the same suitcases for cheaper prices & they do service your products as well. Never ever coming here again!! Appalling!

The ambiance was superb but the bags price was high compared with American Tourister.
