This was the worst experience, I had my root touch up done and they did not give me all the details of the end result. The color did not match my hair at all and it ended up looking bad. I had my daughter's haircut also done and that was also not good. I will not go there once again

The service is very bad, trainees do the service by seeing the people face and skip the steps .it is very bad ,when you take full amount from us it’s ur responsibility to give us the valuable service.they waste the product throwing it ,they don’t use for us .owner of perimeter Rbi plz see to that your boys and girls who works there wil not cheat the customer .only 5 min message was given to me for the facial no whiteheads were removed and I saw the person washing the rest product in the sink.plz don’t do this to the customers we trust you and come.

Bad hair days- courtesy- Perimeter ‘Salon’ Trainee without training, first day on the job people calling themselves professionals and running salons. They should be called a hair butchering shop instead of a salon. What a waste of time and money on this disgrace of a place. Terribly disappointed! Went in with better hair than I came out. Edit: I will agree that the hair spa was actually very good. It was done professionally and I would recommend it. But they are not equipped to do hair cuts. I asked for the hair, not to be set but did sit through the entire cut, for which I also paid. Clearly the business is just being defensive instead of being apologetic about the unsatisfactory service that was provided. I was not going to let a person who didn’t know what the hell he was doing do anything more than what he already did, in the name of fixing whatever. Also the person did mention that it was done if he wasn’t seeing the hair. Ps: you need sharp scissors for haircut not blunt ones like you have!
