I followed Chelsea the owner from Sola to this new space that used to be Salon Z and she has transformed it into a relaxing, comfortable place. Chelsea does my hair and I love the way she just knows what to do with my hair, not to mention her staff is top notch. Definantly the place to get your hair done in cranberry.
Jade did a fantastic job coloring my teenage daughter’s hair. However, the salon misquoted me the cost of the service when I called to make the appointment and instead of honoring the quote I was given they charged me over double for it!!! Last time I will go there. Should have honored the quote even if it was incorrect.
Yesterday was my 1st experience with Salon Z! Jackie gave me a cut and color and did an amazing job! And I am "picky" when it comes to my hair 🤣 I am soooo excited that I have found my new Son! I totally recommend them,especially Jackie!
I have tried to call and schedule an appointment at this salon 3 times. I am looking for a new hairstylist and was hopeful after reading the many good reviews here. I called and spoke with the receptionist (multiple times) who said there were stylists who’d be happy to take a new client. I have called back several times and have been told “a stylist will call you back to schedule” yeah... okay. It’s been a week and still haven’t heard back. If new clients aren’t being taken, it’s best to be truthful so people don’t waste their time waiting. My opinion: If you’re looking for a new salon, choose elsewhere!!
I had a wonderful experience at Salon Z. It was my first appointment and I was referred by my mom (who is super stylish by the way ;)). I had Natalie and she was wonderful! She was so knowledgeable and was able to direct me in not only color choices, but texture choices, my cut, and how to style. I was beyond impressed! I will definitely be returning to Salon Z for my future hair care!
