SAI helped us get a medical interpreter in minutes. Great platform they offer and Kayla was great at doing a walk through with our team.

Garbage company. Owner refuses to pay employees living wages while price gouging customers. Routinely late paying interpreters, often paying less than their agreed upon rates. Interpreters tend to have to beg for months to have these issues resolved. TIF and ACI are far better interpreting firms. AVOID SAI AT ALL COSTS!

Booked them for a sign language interpreter for a funeral. They cancelled one hour before service. They then called to say they found a replacement. Then they called again to cancel. Very unprofessional.
