Came into your Folkestone branch and it couldn't have been a better experience. Your Manager, Amanda, was so helpful, explained all the models of scooter available to take to pieces and put in my car. I tried it out in the shop and along the adjacent street, at various speeds as would be safe. I'm so happy with what I ended up with and I even got a free buggy backpack, free tiller weather protector and a month's free insurance! Thanks Amanda and your colleague

My scooter ran out of charge, I was stranded. I phoned safe hands and straight away Neil came out and took me and my scooter home. Thankfully I have insurance which includes recovery. I recommend anyone thinking of buying a mobility scooter to take out insurance, you never know when you’ll need it. I was given great advice about charging my battery and realized I’d been doing it all wrong. I thought when the charging light went green that it was charged but you’re supposed to leave it on charge for 12 hours . Anyway thank you to safe hands and Neil.

This company went above and beyond to help with the repair of my wife's scooter. They managed to get it turned around in a day as we needed for Hospital appointment in London. Unit came back fully serviced and new batteries fitted. It Never missed a beat, so happy as it was a nightmare kept cutting out. Happy to support local businesses.
