Sacred Heart Cemetery

Beautiful kept cemetery . Over all experience was a good one . Didn’t have to worry about anything since they explain everything to you. Just one less thing to worry about while making arrangements during such a hard time.

So this is my husband’s email. My name is Veronica. I lost my 14y/o daughter last year and I’ve come to learn the rules of this place where my daughter lyes. I had given a good review at first, but now I’m updating. So this past April was my daughter’s first heavenly anniversary and of course I wanted to decorate very nice. I called ahead and talked with Lupe to make sure I could AND that they could leave her decorations for a week after (those are the rules). She said yes, I could and that they would leave them there but I had to make sure I would go the next weekend because they would clean up on Monday. So I did. I decorated, and went on Saturday afternoon to find her place EMPTY!!, ALL her decorations were gone!!, I’m furious because She, Lupe reassured me that that would not happen. So I called her and asked her if she had her things, and she flat out told me that that was “MY” responsibility, I told her that’s why I called you ahead of time so this wouldn’t happen, and she had the nerve to tell me “ You Can go and check the trash Can in the back🤬🤬🤬 Really??!! So rude, no respect at all and just plane mean. Now I NEED to get reimbursed for all that they threw away, of course, no one answers PETER SILVA’s phone.

I went to see my friends grave a while back and found dog feces on his grave who is in charge of keeping up with this place so disrespectful to pay your respects and to find something like this it made me so angry and sad

We purchased a spot in advance So as our loved ones would not have to worry about arrangements for burial. We'd like to give a 5star review for Ms. Lupe Martinez for her wonderful assistance, very knowledgeable, pleasant and accomodating. The place is really nice !

Sacred Heart was extremely helpful and supportive during this difficult time. We were listened too and there was great communication. They were compassionate and thorough as we went through what we wanted. We buried my dad there 17 months ago and now my mom 2 weeks ago. I highly recommend this place. The people are easy to talk to and they listen to what YOU are saying. Paige
