Blue compass sold me an RV without being fully checked out. Internal and external Inverter bad, generator won’t run, keeps shutting down. They have tried to get me to take a non working generator rv!!! I have asked to cancel contract and for deposit refund and they have refused. Terrible company!!!

As a first time RV owner, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From Rhianna in Sales to Neena is Service to Rylie in Finance they made the entire process a breeze! The icing on the cake was the walkthrough/demo with Andrew! He was so thorough and spent so much time answering all my questions! I am a Blue Compass customer for life!

Right away and then just to ourselves person Taylor Taylor made us feel comfortable was easy to work with and knowledgeable. When we returned to pick up the trailer we met Andrew, who was absolutely amazing very informative and helpful.Neena it was great. She explained everything she was patient. Overall was a 4.7.

Amanda, Amber and Jasmine did an amazing job detailing the Rv so that it is move in ready for us !

All the representatives from the reception desk, demo walkthrough to finance office were pleasant and helpful. Andrew did a superb job with the walkthrough!

Amanda our sales rep answered all our questions and gave us that warm feeling instead of being pushy like other dealerships my wife and I had visited in the past . The Demo tech did a great job running us through our unit and did not hesitate to answer any questions my wife or I had, even after the demo ! Great folks to deal with!
