I thought I had sent an order at the end of January for several items (iincluding 9 name badges) needed by our club by February 14. At first I did not realize I had not received my usual confirmation so went on to the website on February 6 to find it was still in my "cart." I then finished whatever was needed to complete the order and still had a "needed by" date of 2/14. Well, to my suprise I received everything I ordered on February 9. To me that is incredible customer service. I have always had good customer service with RUH and this was among the best! Thank you!!
