The crew from Rudd Heating and Cooling in Moncks Corner just got done with our Mitsubishi mini-split install. Dakota and Adrian were VERY knowledgeable and professional, and they did VERY PROFESSIONAL work! Enjoyed talking with them both and seeing their great work and nice workmanship! Most people these days get in and out as fast as possible and they don't care about how it looks when they're finished, but Dakota and Adrian were the complete opposite of that. They were great and definitely made a good name for both themselves and the company. I always follow up and inspect any time a contractor works on my house...this is the very first time that I had no complaints with the work that was done. Next time we need HVAC work, there won't be any question who I am calling! Also have to mention the salesperson, Rob. He was great to work with during the initial visit and during the estimate process. Rob was also very professional and he was knowledgeable about the systems that were available and the pros and cons of each one. The whole process from beginning to end could not have been easier or done any better.

Removal and reinstallation of new hot water heater. Jeremy is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He is thorough in his work and takes the time to explain everything. He also investigated other issues upon request and made reasonable suggestions. I will definitely call Rudd for the future work to be done at my home.

I have had great service from this company. Last year I replaced my AC unit which has worked fabulously. They recently contacted me to let me know that I was entitled to a plumbing service call with my advantage plan that I had not used. Consequently, I had a shower faucet not working properly that needed a look. They responded promptly and diagnosed and presented options to fix the issue. They have been professional and fair. I recommend this company!

Cullen, arrived and did the most thorough inspection I do believe we've ever had. Even though we've been with this company ever since we purchased this home. I applaud Rudd for bringing him in. He took a great deal of time to research and explain what the actual readings were. I as a customer appreciate this. If this is any indication of the type of service we will be getting, I look forward to a continuous relationship with Rudd. I explained that I had no hot water and the ladies in the office, Morgan and Deidre, were very friendly and very helpful. Jeremy arrived less than an hour and a half later to diagnose the problem. He was aware that time was of the essence and took care of everything that needed to be serviced. I have already recommended them to others and would definitely call again when needed!
