I always enjoy my time with Amina. She makes our visits so comforting and we leave feeling great. My daughter eho is 4 and I both look forward to our appointments at Binh's Nails. We are now beach ready fingers and toes.

I wanted a mani-pedi during a recent trip to Edmonton. My experience at Binh's was the very best I've ever had. My technician was very professional, took her time and my nails have never looked better. My only wish is that I lived closer!

I am actually posting on behalf of a someone else because she didn’t want to cause anymore trouble with this location but, several of us felt that it was important for the situation to be addressed. So she went into this location of Bihns last week to have a pedicure done and within hours of leaving her big toe was swollen up and red and she was in excruciating pain. We had all told her to head to emergency right away because clearly she had received an infection of some kind and when it comes to fungal infections you have to get them treated right away. So she went to a walk in clinic and sure enough she had a fungal infection and was given antibiotics. The doctor also advised her to go back to the salon and inform the staff about the infection so that they could follow through with cleaning protocols going forward. So when she went back and informed the lady behind the counter about the situation the lady accused her of lying and attacked her while she was holding her baby. She then stepped on her infected toe, threw money at her and told her never to come back again. I have been to numerous Bihns locations all across the city since the original Bihns opened and this was the most disgusting thing that I have ever heard. I know the level of service that Bihn himself holds his employees too and would be very upset by this situation. I hope that whoever the manager of this location is takes this situation very seriously….

I came in for a pedicure and was so pleased with the service that I stayed for a pedicure. My tech was wonderful and kind. The salon was excellent — the tvs were playing videos of fish swimming which was a stark change from the gossip/news channels I usually hear blasted at other salons. Will be back!

I’ve been to this location a few times. I had friendly, talented ladies the first two times. But the third time I was there (last night) was an awful experience and I won’t be back. I had a picture, square, plain black, with an accent finger (nude, small black heart design I wasn’t looking for perfection but something similar). She said she could do it so we got started. I’m not a big talker at the salon but she asked me how long I’d been with my partner and how many kids I have. She then took it upon herself to shame me for only having one kid stating that he would be lonely when he got older and repeating I should have had more kids so he could be a “protective big brother”. Whatever that means. I left with 10 lumpy, crooked nails, even after asking her to fix a couple that I knew were bad enough that they’d catch on everything. She pushed my cuticles so far back and cut two so short that they bled and still hurt the next day. She cooked black polish onto my fingers, when I asked her if she could remove it, she tried to file it off my skin with a nasty grey file. I asked her to stop and get polish remover and she said it wouldn’t work. She blamed the black polish for getting on my fingers when it was her smudging it all over the place. Some of the nails look grown out some of the nail beds are flooded. None of the edges are straight. I ended up just telling her to stop trying to fix them and paid so I could get the hell out of there. All in all, worst nail experience I’ve ever had.
