I’ve been here twice. The first time was great and a good start to my work week. It’s a generally quiet area with food across the street. I purposefully sought it out the second time. The rooms are usually very clean and smell nice. That’s a great change! Bob told us he was filling in for some friends. I have to say I’m going to miss him when he goes. For an 80+ guy he’s really awesome! Very quick witted and friendly. I’m sure I’ll come back here
The room was comfortable, quiet and very clean during my entire stay. The managers provide excellent Guest service and I definitely will stay at the property again.
The service was very good. We made a few comments to the front desk about the state of our room and they were very quick in fixing our issues. They did charge a convince fee if you are paying with credit cards so paying with cash is cheaper.
The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is okay but can be very rude when policies are questioned. Upon check-in you are required to leave a $50 deposit. Now I understand why.....Upon checking out the staff asked me to wait while he inspected the room for the refund of the deposit. He came back charging me $10 because there was a small red stain on the bed sheet and it was probably going to stain. I honestly didn't check my bed sheets before using them for previous stains. Who does that? So check your sheets for possible stains. I was charged regardless of whether the "stain" washed out or not with normal wash cycle. I was automatically charged. Don't forget to count all your towels before use. In addition to my sheet problem I was also told that I was missing a hand towel. That I checked. Was never given one. Long story short is although the room rates are fairly reasonable, they will take your deposit regardless. Factor your $50 cash deposit + room rate = total night stay. They'll rob you of your deposit so assume it's gone when checking out. Scam. Should just increase room mates instead of charging nonsense charges you'll deduct from deposit anyhow. I would go up the hill and give the other motels a shot. Ridiculous charges makes rooms was overpriced.
Newly remodeled! For the money we paid I was happy. Very clean and everything was new in the room. Owner's were very nice. We just stopped through to sleep. Glad to find a clean and newly done hotel that did not break the bank
