I bought a new computer early last year. (CHF 1300) It never ran properly, had to cover costs via remote maintenance, etc. June 2020 again costs for the computer of Fr.1089.05 The conversation with Mr. Walde resulted in a CHF 90 reduction. I think the whole team was TOTALLY overwhelmed with the problem, and with nice talk and arrogance you can't keep customers. I entrusted the Buser company in Rheinsulz with my computer problem; and lo and behold; since then the computer has been running perfectly. I personally cannot recommend ROWA to anyone

They are technically competent and customer-oriented. My concerns were understood and implemented. They think along for the customer.

To be honest, I find it very unprofessional how negative reviews are handled here, in which customers complain for understandable reasons. I can only guess how in this case customers will be dealt with directly after reading the review corner you shouldn't expect me to be with you anymore.

Have brought the defective computer of our son to ROWA. For the error analysis, I paid Fr. 80 .-- (half an hour of work). They said CPU is broken. New procure costs approx. 500 - 600 Fr., with insertion and programs it would cost Fr. 1000 .--. I took the part back home and brought it to Säckingen. After two working days they called and said we can pick him up again, they just patched him up. Cost: € 180 .-- plus VAT !!! I'm happy to pay a little more in Switzerland for the same service, but not so. After my wife got a threat from the company owner, he took a lawyer, I have the word that comes to me in this business practices in mind, removed from this article!
