My husband and booked on hotels.com the 1st time around. We extended and they worked with us with pricing and Crystal is very nice and a go getter. The rooms smelled nice and clean when we arrived and we were able to check in a little early which was nice. Thank you!
Jimmy was a great person to work with. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. The room was clean and functional. If you are looking for a fancy place, this ain't it. but if you are looking for a solid, safe place to stay in a decent neighborhood, then this is where you should stay. Fair prices if you are traveling on a budget. Great place for regular people like me and my wife. You will be in good hands with Jimmy.
My brother happened to be taken severely ill while a guest at the motel (no fault of theirs, obviously). I had to handle the situation from 2000 miles away. The motel staff and especially Ken were courteous, professional, caring and more helpful than I can describe - and especially understanding of circumstances given that the rodeo was the upcoming weekend. Kudos to Ken for showing up like a champ when help was needed!
Biggest complaint: walls are paper thin and my neighbors TV kept me up late into the night. But the place was a really good value. Staff were friendly, the room was clean, and it was the most affordable place around.
Reviews are not true. Motel had bugs, roaches, and creepy crawlers. Dirty, stained furniture. We paid for two days the parking lot is dirt and rocks for what they charge. I almost had a panic attack going inside. The pictures and reviews are very very deceiving. We lost are money here we had to leave afraid even to sit down. Best wishes for those who stay. Hope you don't leave with extra in your suitcase.
