Wife and I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Waited 20 minutes. Sandwich was no Bueno. Chewey, day-old bagel. One egg(maybe?) A small sausage patty(need to have patties the size of the bagel). Huge disappointment. Service was good, but slow.
The food is good, but don’t go if you’re in a hurry. The kitchen gets overwhelmed pretty easily by online orders - to the point that 2 breakfast sandwiches with 3 people ahead of me in line took more than 45 minutes. EDIT in response to the owner’s comment: I understand being busy and working in a small space, and I’m sure your staff is trying their best. Since you brought it up, I’d also point out that the person that took my estimated a 15-20 minute wait for an order that ended up taking 53 minutes to fill. That doesn’t seem like a reasonable delay for a bagel shop. I would encourage you to spend some time conferring with your staff about what they need from you to improve your customer experience.
love love love this place! since moving down here for college this has been my #1 breakfast place! (conveniently right next to my apartment) everyone who works here is so sweet!!
I just stopped by and though it was 1 o clock I was lucky to get my hands on the spinach pepper jack bagel. So good! I did get some donuts to try. Can’t wait to return and try more goodies.
Best bagels in a 50 mile radius... Believe me we have tried them all. Bagels have an actual crust and soft on the inside. Great variety of both bagels and sandwiches. Service was super friendly and patient!! If you crave a new York bagel, this is the place to go!!
