Authorized Hero two-wheeler service center just behind Rounak Motors, fast service with washing and same day delivery most of the times, less crowded in weekdays, service charges and parts price, I felt little high... Overall large working and parking space with polite staff and trained technicians...

Nice showroom, staff is also experienced.

Don't Buy from here. I bought hero pleasure plus which comes in two variants- {1. Sheet metal (wheel)+ normal tyres. on-road price Rs 65000+}, {2. Alloy or Cast (wheel) + tubeless tyres on rd price Rs 67000+} . I didn't knew the difference between Sheet metal and Cast wheel , The sales executive there shows me SMetal varient but told that this is Cast wheel varient . And charged me the price of cast wheel model. Rs 67k+(cash) . Which is nearly Rs 2500. Extra. From the actual price. After 3 days when I came to know that this is sheet metal model and I was charged more. I went there and asked him(Sales executive) about this . He told that "no no it is Cast wheel model there is no sheet metal model available in market" . And refused to agree that this is Sheet metal model. Also that day there was actual Cast model was there in the showroom , I asked him then what is this model he told that this is also Cast model . It was like saying (Kurkure and Lays both are identical (same) ). What else can I do if the person who sells ( as you are the first time buyer) refused to agree. Tip 1. Don't Buy from isolated showroom where less people buy. 2. Get somebody with you who knows the technical terms (like Sheet metal and Cast). 3. Ask for printed bill(not written bcoz u r not buying class 10 CBSE books) in which Model name , ex-showroom price , and on- road price is given. 4. If possible visit more than one showroom . Can you see the difference between the two types of wheel( in images) ,but the sales executive cannot.......
