I liked the office staff, but haven’t had a good experience. I have a neighbor who does something with weed because it goes through the walls in my apartment. I am told call the police. That doesn’t help and I moved with a broken dryer. I had to get them to fix disposal which still doesn’t work. Now my breakers are going out. Rethink your home if thinking here. It is way too much money for all of this.
I moved in a month ago and I LOVE everything about living here. Everything went smooth! The staff here made it so easy to get moved in! I love the amenities we have here to offer, my fav is definitely the pool and gym! I don’t have a dog but the coolest thing I have ever seen is the dog washing station!!! The location is another plus and the evening skies make do the best sunset photos!
Great place to live. Friendly staff, always clean. The Maintenance Team goes above and beyond to put their residents first and make sure they are comfortable and well taken care of.
We lived here for almost two years. The apartments are nice, super clean with good appliance. The facilities including the pool and dog park are kept in good clean condition. Trash pickup is a great perk here too. Quiet for the most part. The staff always responded swiftly to our needs and concerns. If you pay your rent, follow the rules, and do your part to keep the place nice they will go out there way to make sure you’re happy. It is apartment living so there are some issues that are inherent to that, but overall great experience living here. We moving out only because we bought a house.
Just moved here from Houston,Tx. Let me begin by saying that Manager Stephanie went above & beyond to accommodate my needs. Attention to detail and very professional. Thoroughly explained the entire process from start to finish. Answered all my questions & kept up with my moving process. After going back & forth with office staff manager took initiative to fully conduct the customer service experience to a full level, even got me a great deal on my covered parking for two vehicles, & took time on her day off to walk me through my new apartment after driving in from Houston. I strongly recommend anyone to speak to Ms. Stephanie to further suit your needs. All inquiries were answered. Maintenance is always on time & everything can be completed online. Pricing is great compared to Houston rates. If you want an experience that fits your lifestyle I would recommend Roots at Waco.
