Jamie and the Toyota team were patient with us while normal life demands got in the way. In the current market, we were concerned about payments. Jamie and the team offered us a variety of options and found one that was in our price range. They were even very considerate with our trade-in value. When it came to picking up our new 4Runner, Romeo was very flexible with us and worked with us through a titling issue on our trade-in. Jamie had our new 4Runner ready to go with the new wheels put on and the registration was completed and insurance transferred! I could not recommend Romeo Toyota enough! The wife loves her car from there…it’s a Prius. The people are nice and they have a fancy coffee maker. I made a couple of cappuccino’s while I waited on the Prius to get some scheduled maintenance done. The place is very clean.

Recently purchased a used 4Runner from Romeo. I can’t speak to the car yet only had it for a couple days. However I can confidently say that I was treated well by the Romeo staff. Especially our sales rep Zach P. Who went above and beyond to find answers to every oddball question I could throw his way. That kind of effort helps keep things transparent and it’s really appreciated. If this car does well I definitely will be a repeat customer.

My family and I came home with a beautiful 2022 Toyota 4Runner tonight. Romeo Toyota of Glens Falls was absolutely amazing to work with. I was able to take the vehicle and test ride it for a while which gave me an opportunity to really get a feel for the truck. Furthermore, Mike and his staff were super friendly and easy going. We now have 3 cars from this dealership. Most recently were assisted by Brandon with ordering a 2021 Hybrid Hylander. He saw that I received the options that I wanted and didn't try to sell me things I didn't want. He allowed us time (without pressure) to decide exactly what we wanted to do. We love our new car. They have also provided service for us for almost 15 years now on our Tacoma and Corolla. They have always done great work.
