Very impressed by the good deal recommended by the staff!

I came in for a new phone and phone plan, which is something I usually dread doing. However, this time I could not have been happier. Mohammad made it such a painless process and I know he worked extremely hard to get me the best deal. I truly felt that he listened to what I needed, and I really appreciated how patient he was while I figured out what was going to suit me best. Thank you so much again!

A few days ago, I went to this address to change my phone, Mrs. Roshanak, as always, I received good service from her with patience. Big regards 🙏

Today I went to this location to get a new iPhone. I didn’t have my ID on me and couldn’t get the phone which was completely understandable. But before we got to that point, I was so surprised with the attitude of the staff girl, Roshi. She was unbelievably rude and aggressive. Any question I asked her was answered with anger and the way of putting me down. This girl should get trained much better for a friendly and nice customer service. Honestly I got so happy when she told me that I have to have ID. It was a great excuse for me to leave the store since I had no more tolerance to get a service from her. This is the first time I’m writing a review for someone after many years, but my today’s experience at this location is pushing me to do so.

I went into this Rogers store, to get a new phone because I was out of a contract, and was welcomed by Mohammed,. He gave us a friendly welcome . He went above and beyond, his daily routine. Highly recommend him for your phone service needs.

My Husband and I bought our iPhones from here, Roshanak was the manager and she helped us so much! She provided the best service and went above and beyond what was asked. Highly reccommend this location! 5 stars

Where do I even start… being a professional accountant I have never ever experienced this level of unprofessionalism. The female advisor made an error on my account. After following up multiple times to fix the error she started raising her voice and being very aggressive. When I asked her to listen to what I had to say she responded that I ruined her day. I hope no one ever experiences this level of horrible customer service. Not sure what level of recruiting process she went to through to be able to work there. I would never ever recommend this store or Rogers to anyone.
