Sold me a Samsung Z flip assuring me that the phone is great and better than S22.
Told me that if the screen creases, go to Samsung and they will fix it for free.
I went to Samsung and Samsung told me that they will not fix it because it's creased and the technicians do not want to be liable.
These guys will do anything to make a quick buck. Avoid this place

I absolutely despise Rogers business practices. I have been a customer of this company for about a year and a half and I have dreaded every day I've been with them. They get you with a "great offer" to then begin hiking your price whenever they feel like, 5 dollars one month, another 10 dollars randomly another month. When you call customer service they tell you that it is to "improve their technology" or as a "price re-adjustment across all Rogers accounts". What's more infuriating is that when you call, the customer service representative will often tell you "hey I can actually bring your monthly price down as your plan rate went down", BUT they will only do this if you call in to complain about your bill going up, which leads me to believe that they are banking on people that don't bother calling in. Seems like this company will only increase your price automatically, but not lower it even if your services have decreased in price. Dishonest business practices, terrible business which is reflected by the low review rates. I am counting down the days until I stop dealing with this company and never again have to deal with them.
