I've used Rodney multiple times and I can say he's the best Realtor I ever dealt with. He knows the market and how to protect his client's interests. When I was purchasing my house, he was able to determine the house's worth and obtain a seller's credit for repairs. When I decided to list my house for sale, he was able to garner so much interest that the house sold well over the listing price. I highly recommend him for all of your real estate needs.
Rodney seems to be a smooth talker and really nice and easy to work with. When it comes to the sale though he seems to be looking out more for his own commission (like convincing the seller to take a lower offer because they don't have their own agent) than doing whats best for his client. Beware, this agent plays dirty while presenting as squeaky clean.
Rodney behaves in an unethical and unprofessional manor while serving as a listing agent. Openly disclosed serving in the capacity of dual agent for multiple buyers and attempted to put every roadblock possible to prevent those represented by other agents from viewing a listed property. Ended up guiding his seller to taking a much lower offer from one of his buyers despite having higher cash offers in hand with guaranteed funds. Steer clear, this is not someone you want listing your property. Realtors are a dime a dozen and this one is bottom of the barrel.
Rodney was professional and diligent in finding my family the home of our dreams. Also, Rodney's expertise and knowledge of the area helped us narrow down our choices and pick the home that was perfect for us. In addition, with the help of Rodney we were able to close on the house within 30 days. It was a pleasure working with him and we can assure that others will have the same experience.
