Stayed there 11/1, opened door, at first I was impressed, then I walked into bathroom, dirty wash cloth hanging on shower rod, them blankets had holes and a body oder on them. It was a free night for me because I am platinum member. They refused my 2 hour late checkout. I checked in at 6 pm and had to stand outside in cold to register. Customer service is horrible. I made it through the night.
The workers here are very kind , and deserve raises! Sam is always kind to my husband and i whenever we stay here . he always waves and is friendly. There also was an issue with people whom were staying a couple rooms down over a parking spot . an argument ensued and my husband was threatened. Sam came down immediately to make sure we were okay and kindly offered to move and upgrade our room for the trouble. (For free) Jijay&Ajay are very kind as well, if something doesn’t work properly in the room they have no problem coming down to try to fix it or swap it out with a new item. They are also very well mannered. Nanak works the front desk and is polite and nice to be around . We haven’t had much interaction with the cleaning ladies but so far so good . seeing other people leave negative reviews about this place leaves me to say this treat others how you’d like to be treated.. we have had a great experience here and the workers mentioned all deserve raises!!!!
This place is great for the price, however, the room's really need to be renovated. Broken toilet seat, air conditioner and light over the sink was not working. The staff on the other hand, you're absolutely amazing! Housekeeping needs to work on their attitudes. Nasty attitudes.
Filty!! Absolutely disgusting!! Seen the room, and immediately went to the desk to check right back out!! Food left on the tables, hair in the bathroom shower and on the floor, stunk terribly, filthy carpet..dirty, dirty,dirty!! Negative stars here..Run away as fast as you can!!
I was pleasantly surprised at this facility. My expectations were surpassed by the attentiveness of staff to help solve a situation I had with the heating. I would recommend this facility to anyone. The rooms were clean and weren’t stuffy.
