These apartments are disgusting they have rats coming in and out these holes in my boyfriend apartment they making it seem like he is a dirty person but he cleans his apartment everyday the maintenance people think pasting the holes up work but they don’t the rats are eating through the stuff
Been living here for two years. Probably the best apartments in the area (which is why I’m giving it two stars) but the management will still try to screw you over. I moved in and had a dog, but when he passed away, they continued charging me for him, after I told them, for a whole year because I never noticed the fee continuing to show up on my rent payments. When I finally went in and talked to someone, apparently the person that I talked to had quit shortly after and never made a note about it, so now they’re fighting me on giving me credit towards my rent. It’s been two months since I’ve brought this to their attention, and I can tell they really just don’t care. I was supposed to receive the credit for this month’s rent, but they canceled it, because I was told they thought I had another dog because my friend would bring her dog with her whenever she came over. Why they couldn’t have just asked me about it, versus screwing me over? I have no idea. Be careful when having pets here and make sure everything is documented properly with the office!
Out of my 2years there management and maintenance haven't done there job i moved into the place there were inconsistencies with the refrigerator,cabinets A/C , and more. I reported all issues to management and they said they would fix it but they never did. They were often rude and dismissive and maintenence would only half do the job. We had fire hazards for outlets and leaky roof that started to mold . We reported and even after a year nothing was done. As our lease came to end they gave us so much trouble also refused to cooperate with our new place due to said "policies" . When giving our 30 day notice they lied about the day that we could give it and told us we can only do it on one specific day not before or the day after again due to said "policy". The lady couldnt even show me these policies stating she could not remember but she knows its policy".Then charged us petty fees of things that was broken and stained when we moved in. Everytime i went to the office i was given attitude and excuses and they definitely had favortism for their Hispanic tenants. I lived there quietly for 2 years with rent paid 2 weeks early every time. Horrible experience. RUN AWAY FROM HERE. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. THEY SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN.
Although being in a bad location I actually enjoyed being at my apartment until I was charged over $600 for not giving a notice of me moving I felt that was overboard given that I always paid & didn’t break my lease other than that not a bad place to stay at all if you stay to yourself you’ll be fine.
I’d give negative stars if I could. This place is absolutely disgusting and they refuse to do anything about it. They didn’t even bother cleaning the place before we moved in. Whatever, fine. I don’t mind cleaning. I clean everything before moving in to a new place anyways. After getting a closer look at everything, there’s holes in the walls and floors behind appliances and they’re full of cockroaches. I have had to keep all of my things packed up in their boxes to keep it from getting infested while waiting for them to do their job. They refuse to hire someone to clean this place, and they won’t replace the appliances that have cockroaches making nests inside of them. We’ve thrown out hundreds of dollars of food that became infested with roaches, and now we have to pay for a storage unit to get our things out of here before they get ruined by their negligence. They won’t fix the apartment as they’re required to by Texas law. And they won’t allow us to break the lease and give us our money back. I guess it’s time to lawyer up.
