First haircut I had was great. Second cut was all uneven and cut too short. Then for some reason. I was charged for a keratin treatment that I NEVER asked for. I paid it but will not use this salon again. I should have been asked if I wanted a keratin treatment that I would have refused. When I got home I noticed my hair was longer on one side than the other. My layers the same, obviously longer on one side. My goal is to grow my hair longer, not cut shorter..

After reading other reviews, I decided to make an appointment with Penny. I am so happy I did! I started by filling out a form about my hair and my wants and needs. Then Penny and I talked a bit - I gave her my ideas, she gave me hers and we came to an agreement. Then she set to work. Due to covid I had been coloring my hair myself. It didn't look bad, but it didn't look great. Penny made my hair look great! She got out the home color, added highlights and colored my roots, and gave me an excellent cut. She was very meticulous in her highlighting and cutting. The day after her services, I went out, and people that I didn't even know me were commenting on how great my hair looked! I was blown away! I don't want to end without commenting on the entire salon. Everyone that works there was so personable and friendly. I will definitely go back - I am so glad I found Penny and the salon.

Stylist Linda has been doing my hair for the past couple years and has always done an amazing job. I highly recommend Linda.
