I have brought my daughters here multiple times and we have always been fortunate enough to be seen by Dr. Kristen. She is always patient, friendly, and just so comforting to them. My daughters adore her and I am just so thankful that we have access to such quick, thorough care when we need it. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Kristen enough, as well as the entire clinic. An asset to our community. Thank you all again!
Always have a positive experience. No complains from myself or my 3 small children. Attentive and good listeners.

Everyone at the Rochester clinic were so friendly, especially Regina the MA and Kristen the PA. They treated me so well and I’m feeling so much better. Best urgent care I’ve ever gone to and will definitely be back.

My experience with Rochester Hills Urgent Care was great! From the time I walked in until I walked to my car, every interaction was friendly and professional. The entire process took about 35-40 minutes, including waiting for test results. The exam was done with great care and confidence - I was immediately put at ease with the phenomenal "bedside" manner of the medical staff. I was given excellent instructions and advice. All of my questions were answered in detail. I recommend Rochester Hills Urgent Care to anyone in the area.
The office was very clean. The staff were professional and competent. Adequate Covid-19 precautions were taken. My problem was addressed to my satisfaction and I would highly recommend this clinic. My neighbor recommended it to me and I am glad she did. I would also recommend it to family and friends. Update: a little over a year later and I needed to go back to the Urgent Care. The staff was very professional and pleasant. I would still recommend this clinic,
What a great facility. In and out super fast. The front desk is nice and welcoming. The gentleman that treated both of my sons within days apart was very helpful and nice. The staff called to check up on both of my boys, annnnnd.... when the doctor said he was going to call in a prescription for my son, he actually DID! I have been to doctors that wait days to call a RX in. This place is super clean and very kid friendly!

Best urgent care I’ve been to in recent memory. The staff are kind and attentive. I was in and out in under an hour. Would recommend to anybody needing quick, minor medical care. The complimentary coffee and snacks are appreciated as well :)
