Poor customer service from staff at the new Owen Sound location and the owners are rude. Avoid this place if you do want the manager and her friend harassing you if you’re part of the LGBTQ community.

Quoted one price for grooming and charged a higher price. Questioned the increase...lowered it to the original quote. To be honest I'm not happy with the cut.

Our big boy Kuzco - a rescue shepherd cross - does not like to be touched too much but the crew at Roc N Dukes gained his trust for his first nail clipping and bath in six months. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t be happier with the level of customer service, prices, knowledge and care the people of this store provides. My skittish 4 year old Cockapoo has never been more comfortable on a grooming table - they are so patient and loving with her. Roc N Duke’s is by far the best groomer I’ve ever gone to!
