Actually I have only 5 stars to give...😅 I just visited this shop to buy a gift for my friend 's birthday... I have no idea what to buy, before gng to tis shop nd this shop literally confused me...bcoz there are so many unique gifts... nd hard to decide nd everything seems to be Amazing Such a different gifts... which you can't even imagine and it's not a ordinary shop... For someone who want to give a memorable gift for you loved once... Must visit this shop...

Had a worst experience. Overpriced.. Bought 2 toy one is sold broken and another one is very old stock which is not functioning at all. When enquired the response is not good and customer friendly. Better to avoid buying from this place. Update/Reply: You are lying. We were unable to remove the toy out of box. I don't have any reason to return it. I was searching for that toy many days. I am even ready to pay for the new one but your attitude towards customer is very bad. The salesperson is very good. No complaint about her. It was mutual mistake as we both didn't check the toy out of box as it got struck. We checked the other model but not this one. It was a gift and I was embarrassed when they say it is broken. I was warned by many that your shop is overpriced but I bought many times since it is close my house. I realised now. You please continue selling broken and useless toys for the sake of money. Please be polite to your customers. Don't embarass or cheat the customers. Learn some manners. Are you ready to share the video grabs of which We were checked the item what we bought? You have evidence right share with us. Note: No complaint about salesperson as she was very polite and showcased many gift but attitude and usage of words of the owner is very bad and not customer friendly.
