As first time home buyers our experience with Mr. Cheely and his team exceeded our expectations. Jose & Robert were heaven sent and I'm glad me and my family chose to reach out. My mother passed away and left her property in her trust/will but because this is my first time dealing with this type of thing I didn't know what to do to get it transfered. At first me and my family went to her lawyer that she used to when she was alive. That lawyer hustled us out of 300 for a consultation after implying it would be free and then tried to get a retainer for 3000 but luckily we didn't go through with that. Since we still needed things taken care of we were back to square one. We looked online and found robert and at first were a little skeptical because of the reviews but needed help so reached out to at least get more info. So glad we did because they ended up taking such good care of us that after everything was settled we left a $100 tip to just say thanks, (my aunts idea). If you're skeptical i definitely recommend reaching out to see how they can help, my only constructive criticism is according to my aunt who had most contact with them we had to follow up a couple times but nothing excessive. We just figured with the pandemic and how the processes go its to be expected. 5/5 tho and are going back if we need anything in the future

I'm selling my house and my buyers are using this firm. He rarely responds and took 2 weeks just to give me their response regarding the inspection! And he didn't even respond. We had to go to their realtor because he wouldn't return phone calls even after I threatened to walk.. Now I wish I had. I had asked if they wanted a basketball hoop and some other things at no charge and he literally never responded. Now we are supposed to close in 2 days and he just notified us after hours that the closing will be delayed over 2 weeks. It was on Friday so now we just have to wait all weekend when I'm already out of the house. Guaranteed he knew prior to 6pm on Friday when we close Tuesday that there was a problem with the loan. It's horrible how they have handled this entire process. My attorney and realtor agree. It's not normal. I hope if you use them, you have better luck but if that were me, I would never give them my money.
