When my husband & I walked into Roberson RV Center, Aaron greeted us with real respect for what we were looking for in our next RV. He really listened to what we wanted & he was very knowledgeable in the RVs that he was selling. He could answer all my husband’s technical questions. As we went through the buying process, we dealt with the Bob in the parts/labor department & Frank with the paperwork work end of things. I have to give Roberson’s RV service department team 5/5. Shawn, Aaron, Chris, Manager Bob and others, really went above and beyond to support our needs and make things happen. I will return to Roberson’s in the future for all our servicing needs solely because of these men and their professionalism and care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Overall not happy with their service. The travel trailer we bought has issues. We didn't get what we wanted either as they said we had 1 option. So many things that didn't add up. But it's the service that was bad more than anything. I'd highly recommend shopping around first to see who has the best prices and who actually wants your business. I might add more details later. But I just wish I had left 2 minutes into walking in there as right off, the customer service was horrible.

Like most dealerships they are busy and it takes a while to get an appointment. But they are honest, competent, accurate on their diagnosis and their completed work is quality. I have always dealt with Chris, and his communication throughout the process is outstanding. They will always return a call and answer questions, but in these busy times I appreciate they send a text after drop off and keep you up to date as things progress. Because great service is important, Roberson will be my first stop when I'm in the market for a new coach.
