Manny at RNR was awesome! I had to bring my car in for a quick patch because I had a nail in the tire. It seemed as if they were dealing with a lot when I arrived but he got me in and out very quickly and gave me an incredible deal.

Came in thirty minutes before closing.Because I got a fight on twenty four, eastbound took care of me within five minutes. They didn't have my tire in stock. But when it got me a deal, i'm four new ones to help me out. Was very satisfied with the customer service, as well as the guys in the bays who helped out.Many did great had a great sense of humor and did a great job helping me at the last minute without tuning me away.

I just wanna say that Manny was amazing getting me with the right set of rims and tires and as far as the guys that work in the shop, they did an amazing job as well because my truck has always had problems with the alignment and now my truck drives as straight as it could. I absolutely love what they did for me today.

Manny has the best customer service, getting my Cadillac ATS some new socks went smooth and was in and out with in a hour! These folks are amazing.. I will be back!

Pulled into RNR on Ringgold Rd. In Chattanooga on my way to take my granddaughter to her first disney experience. I had a tire that was wobbling and I was upset by it. I went inside when Manny, my new best friend, came over and asked me my issue and after me explaining my circumstances he got my truck in right away. Manny treated me like we were good buds our whole lives. After a short time he came and got me and showed me what the problem was. It was a minor issue to fix but saved me possibly a completely ruined vacation or worse. His team got my wheels put back together and charged me a very reasonable price in my opinion. He easily could have gouged me if he was dishonest and I would have believed him. If RNR had a bazillion more of Manny and his entire staff then Best One would be out of business. Oh, by the way, they were closed the day after Christmas but my good pal Manny wasn't! I want to thank Manny and all the staff at RNR for helping me make memories with my granddaughter. God bless!
