Customer Service is always great when i go into RM Jewelry. Got my gold rope chain 4 months ago, came in last week to have it repaired, only $29. When the total came out with tax it was $31.03 and he gave it to me for $31 as i didn’t have any change. Always a pleasure with this company.

We bought a gold bracelet as a gift with an engraved name on the bracelet and everything seemed fine, our mistake was not checking it immediately after the engraving was done . When it was time for our family member to open the gift we saw it had scratches on it which were not made by us since it stayed in the package so later we came to return it and the owner blamed us for scratching it and was making accusations being blatantly rude .he did not want to fix his mistake or make a refund and we had to go the jeweler across from his location who thankfully was much more gracious and fixed the scratches for us. Later we were told that the owner has a reputation as a racist and treats his hispanic customers poorly which we experienced first hand as we are hispanic. Super disappointed but at least we found a much better jeweler after this experience edit: just because your hispanic “roots” doesnt mean you cant be racist to others maybe your just full of self hate which is even sadder.
