I highly recommend Riverside Smash & Mechanical! Our car needed repairs and they did an excellent job on the bodywork. They went above and beyond by replacing both lights, even though only one was damaged, to maintain the consistency of the car's appearance. The customer service and repairs workmanship is excellent and second to none, and would happily and highly recommend this business. Throughout the process I was able to contact the repairer, and Helen was able to answer all my questions and was always able to provide updates on their progress, which was very comforting. The overall time at the workshop was just over 10 days, you can see the photos of the repaired front end that Mohammed and his team's workmanship and attention to detail is true to word - the alignment of the panels, detailing and finishing was excellent. I can’t recommend Riverside more highly enough. The level of care that they gave repairing my car was something I’ve never experienced from any other smash repairer before. If it wasn’t for these guys, I wouldn’t actually have any car anymore! I was blown away with how good of a repair job they did - plus it was the little touches too (my car was a lot cleaner because of these guys than when I put it in!!). Thanks guys for fixing my little Mazda 3 - it meant the world to me to have it back!
