Quality and Integrity are just two (of many) positive reasons I recommend River Oaks Firestone! They are always there for me when I need them….Providing excellent service at extremely fair prices (if a minor repair occasionally for free, the owner just asks me to tip the guy who did the work!) I will never take my car to another shop! These guys are like having a big brother in the business. I’m so grateful to have a place to take my car to that I can always trust…Thank you guys!!!

This Firestone location gave me theee best service I’ve received in a very long time. I called this location after receiving a very high quote on an A/C repair. Eddie called me back to confirm my appointment and assured me they would inspect my A/C unit free of charge. Needless to say, my A/C was repaired at a significantly cheaper quote than what Pep boys had quoted. Additionally, Robert took me into the shop to show me the parts that were replaced and explained to me what happened. My A/C seems to be working just fine in this 104 degree weather. And on top of that, they washed my car and picked me up from my place to get my car. Even my dealership doesn’t do all that. Eddie and Robert, thank you for the great customer service experience.

Took my car in to have front fender fixed. I have a high insurance deductible, and the permanent repair would have cost slightly more than my deductible . They offered me a temporary fix in the interim, for a very reasonable price. And did a fantastic job! Eddie and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the service is outstanding! They even dropped me off and picked me up from work. Will be coming here for all my repair needs. Thank you.

Horrible! Unprofessional and judgmental workers who berate the customer for what there wearing! Was there for service and walking to the office one of the workers shouted “look at this guy, he’s still wearing a mask” so I said yes I am! As i have autoimmune disease and can’t handle the slightest illness. Once in the office the worker came in the office and shook his head “no” and the desk clerk as to say he didn’t want to do anything for my vehicle. The clerk walked out and immediately returned to the office and claimed that they can not complete the inspection as for “my tint was to dark” even though it was the windows were done by a dealer. So unless you want to be judged and harassed for your own personal illness and what you choose to wear. DO NOT GO HERE! There is a better place down the road. And even better Firestone location a few miles. Were guess what. My inspection passed with the professionalism you’d expect form a business…

Blown away with roberts professionalism. Absolutely fantastic people who helped me fix my windshield , pick the right tires , & other maintenance right before I had to move out of state. I also want to point out that They fixed my windshield for a lot less than other stores I called which was a pleasant surprise considering the location of this store. I would say I’d be back but I will be out of state. Thank y’all!
