The therapist is always on time and friendly

This place is disgusting and is being ran by individuals who are racist , and do things for personal reason. If they do not like you they will mess with your schedule and purposely try to make you quit so they won’t pay unemployment. They have no proper security on the doors so anyone child who elopes can escape easily. This place is a liability and very unsafe for children especially when kids have easy access to the door and ditches and then there’s a highway right across that can hurt one of these children. I must Say some of the therapist are great with the children but management are horrible instead of worrying about the unsafe working conditions and well being of the children they are worrying about everyone’s personal life especially that Chanel lady. She has been kissing the children on their mouth and even tried to give my client her used chapstick. How disgusting ?. I would Not bring my children here because once them doors is closed all parents are the topic of discussion and they have been breaching HIPPA for a while. If only you guys knew what I Knew. Stay away . Just terrible!

I’m so disappointed in Right Start. Ms Tamika a therapist at right start hit one of my twins and he is so traumatized now. He’s scared to go to his regular school and church daycare now because he thinks teachers may hit him. I spoke with the director and nothing was done. I expected way more out of this facility. My twins are on the spectrum and have been going to speech therapy for 2 years at right start. They loved their old teachers but when one of my twins was seen by Ms Tamika ( a new therapist) he hated going and I couldn’t figure out why. Until one day he saw her after he got a new therapist and walked up to her and said “ you hit me , don’t hit me”! And he kept saying it everytime he saw her. As a parent I’m so upset and I hate my son was counting on Right Start and they let him down. They let my family down. They should’ve got rid of Tamika she was new and we had been there for years. Plus she could be getting frustrated and hitting these other children that come there for HELP and can’t voice to their parents what is happening because they aren’t all verbal. It’s sickening

BEWARE Unfortunately, I have to leave this horrible review. My twin grandsons, who were diagnosed with autism, were having a good experience until my one grandson pointed to his teacher and said she hit him. She had been his teacher for a couple of months. He was so upset and he refused to go back to school. He kept repeating that the black lady Ms Tamika is her name) hit me. The parents spoke with the owner, however nothing was done about the situation. They had to find other services. I know that most children attending this school aren't able to even articulate themselves so I am uncomfortable with the fact that the teacher is still allowed to work there and my grandson was left to suffer the consequences of her abuse.

Mrs. Lauren is the best! My daughter loves coming to her and she’s been learning so much. My daughter wasn’t speaking much and we couldn’t understand what she was saying most of the time but thanks to Mrs. Lauren, we’re seeing a great improvement! I would recommend Right Start to any parent, they were nice from the beginning even before we started therapy.

We are so impressed with how far our daughter has come with her speech. We are so blessed to have had Mrs. Lauren as our speech therapist. Our daughter has met and exceeded all of her goals, and with Mrs. Lauren’s help she has corrected all of her speech issues. Her confidence in speaking has also improved drastically and we are so thankful for our time at Right Start!
