Very disappointed in Rick's Center, last winter Rick put snow tires on my new Bronco. Go to pay he says I can store them for you for 50.00 great .I pay my bill. Now its time to take snows off and get oil change. Go to pick it up. Josh says no tires here. I say we'll I left the new Michelins here. Josh say he has no record of them but he'll have a look again. Week later Rick says he'll have a look. After 3 weeks nothing today husband goes Josh says not here I guess you can buy new ones. WHAT A SCAM NEVER THOUGHT RICK OR JOSH WOULD DO THIS.

Very disappointed with my last visit. I won't be returning nor would I recommend to anyone else.

An honest mechanic who only does the work required. I took my car in for a four-wheel alignment but they only did a two-wheel alignment because that was all it needed and billed me accordingly. Thanks guys! I'm a return customer now.

Guy charged me $80 for a simple patch in a tire, all because he had an issue with the locking nut, a $20 kit can do it which I'm sure they have - left my car there about 6 hours as well. listed price for a patch is $28, extremely rude when I confronted him on it too, never going back there and unfortunately he'll see what I can do for business traffic.

Rick and his crew are great to deal with. Rick called a few times when my truck was in for brake issues to keep me informed of the diagnosis. Explained everything thoroughly when I picked up the truck and the cost of the repairs was better than expected. Great place to deal with.
