We love having cryotherapy so close to home. If you’re into anti aging, reducing inflammation and and overall feeling good this place is great. Staff has been friendly and informative. I do think they’re working out the kinks but overall our experience has been great.
I was so excited that an IV spa was opening in the area with relatively well priced memberships and services. Buyer beware, the nursing staff is rude and unwilling to help/problem solve for small or hard to stick veins. After a few unsuccessful attempts and extremely rude customer service by the nurse and moderately better treatment from the GM, I canceled my membership and asked for a refund. I will not be going back, this is more that opening week issues this is a culture of poor service.
