The food is incredible and the service is extraordinary, There was a waiter called beatriz, shes really patient and kind!!

We walked out... tonight, December 16. I am a North American living nearly two years in Blumenau, Santa Catarina, and I have been spoiled by a LOT of great food that is generally less expensive here than in North America. Outback is one of the few places I might go and spend about the same amount I would expect to spend in North America. Not any more. After we were seated, I pointed my camera at the QR code on the table sign to pull up a menu on my phone. Sometimes this will download a PDF, sometimes it will open a web page. This code opened a web page which posted a typical cookie settings alert, but I couldn't navigate past that. I got the attention of a server, and asked if I could have a paper menu. "We don't have any." I told her their web menu wasn't working on my phone, and asked again for a paper menu. She just shrugged and said again they didn't have any. It wasn't so much that the restaurant didn't have paper menus at this point... it was the flippant attitude of the server. No apology. No attempt to help in any other way. Which is a shame... I was looking forward to some BBQ ribs. I will happily spend my money elsewhere.
