Lacking atmosphere and food average — Located with Stamford Bridge outer area. Modern sports bar with good TVs. One side a bar the other a restaurant but nothing to seperate the two. Small outside area. Staff friendly but food average

Great atmosphere — Really helpful, even though they were fully booked to watch the FA Cup final they managed to squeeze us in and saved the day. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, we stayed there all day, went for a walk and then went back for dinner which was lovely. They remembered what you were drinking and service was quick. Can’t praise them or thank them enough, they made our weekend break. Thank uouy
We have been to Frankies bar Chelsea many times over many seasons and we normally have a great experience. Unfortunately this time the food was not up to the usual standard that we have come to expect. Yes we were watching the last game of the womens season, but they were also showing the mens FA cup final after this game. This proved to be very constricting of space around our table where we were situated at the high tables at the end of the bar, with people loitering around our table making it difficult to feel comfortable. We cannot fault the service of the staff, Karolina, Amir and Ali, they are always so polite and helpful. But the food came out cold and we had to wait another 10 minutes for 2 pizzas for our table considering it was ordered all together. I might add that not everyone In the restaurant was eating, but just drinking. Maybe as a suggestion limit the amount of customers that you allow in making it a better and comfortable environment for all. Could you bring back the tequila and lime chicken tacos as well as having the fish tacos please.
Great day out, lovely staff and proper chels and a great atmosphere throughout. Order the burger from the menu and the statement
good to have a drink after visiting the stadium here ! food is good and the atmosphere is good! up for Chels! the staff is nice too
Nice enough environment, let down by truly miserable staff. Always ask for a receipt too, btw, because it’s unusually expensive. One staff member took away our daughter’s 2/3 full drink, and although we got a refilled glass, the service was silent and devoid of any apology. Seriously, the food and service inside the Chelsea hotel right next door was infinitely better.
I ate here as it was so close to the hotel I was staying in. It was a good choice as the service was great and the food was delicious. The staff were really pleasant and friendly. The bar had a nice relaxed atmosphere which was perfect for a solo diner.
Service was wonderful from all the staff, especially from a lady called Beata who was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great and a nice atmosphere.
Had an absolutely amazing time at Frankie’s today with my family, the whole team were very attentive, ensured they checked in on our table numerous times, and the food was amazing! I would highly recommend the chocolate fondant and Frankie’s burger! Special thanks to Beata who made the whole experience wonderful and had a great presence! Shame about the Chelsea score! But would highly recommend!
best for the bucks. Really nice staff and the small dishes tasted absolutely amazing. Cozy and nice environment with a few places outside
best one!
Very poor, I explained my son had a health condition and he wasn’t ready to eat but the staff kept coming over and hanging over us trying to take our food order, I explained he has T1 diabetes and wasn’t ready to eat, this made him feel uncomfortable, will never be back here and I would advise anyone else not to go here
I truly was dissatisfied within restuarant. Would never give a good review Pizza was cold and not good quality there for happy hour
Terrible service, we booked for my son’s 13th birthday over a month ago and I have today received a message saying they have a reduced menu, which has very little choice and nothing we would like, so I have had to cancel. This was for a special occasion. We are from out of town and travelling over 300 miles so he could experience the Chelsea stadium tour and go to Frankie’s afterwards to watch Chelsea play spurs. That has now been ruined because we are struggling to find anywhere else in such short notice. Thanks for ruining my sons birthday Frankie’s.
Visited after touring the Chelsea stadium. The bar was very welcoming and the staff were friendly and helpful. My partner and I ordered the Bangkok Bad Boy Chicken Burger which same with a side of fries and we also got the Nice’N’Spicy wings for a starter. I think this was the biggest burger I have ever eaten I felt like I had to calculate each bite strategically!! My partner said it is the best burger they have ever had while in the Uk. I would also say it was probably one of the best I have had it was crispy and the toppings inside worked perfectly together. The wings were just as good and they definitely did not disappoint! Definitely value for money for an evening out I would highly recommend.
Don’t eat here, worst food I think I’ve ever had. Guy behind the bar is nice though. Save your money and head into town for something else.
I had a wonderful and very enjoyable meal at Frankie’s today with my parents. I was served by Beata, who was absolutely wonderful and made our visit even more special, so I would like to say a special thank you to Beata for her great service and hospitality. The food was lovely - I had a margherita pizza, my Mum had fish and chips tacos and my Dad went for the burger. All three of us enjoyed our meal and our visit to Stamford Bridge!
We visited Frankie’s bar and grill tonight at Chelsea FC. The food we selected, fish, peas and chips was advertised at £14:50 on the menu so we ordered two. The service was poor from the beginning, only one knife, fork and serviette and an empty vinegar bottle. The table was greasy from not being cleaned properly from prior use. The food came, and we were given the utensils. Meanwhile a young assistant was dashing around, on tte verge of becoming a hazard. The bar was relatively quiet so unclear why he felt he needed to rush everywhere. The food was brought and the whole meal looked like it had been recooked or reheated, even the peas. The fish was small and mainly batter, with what little fish there was, stuck to the batter. Half the chips were just crispy ‘fat’. I tried to eat any fish but in the end, gave up. My partner had not eaten since very early that day so managed most of his, but when the assistant asked if all was okay, I told him that the food was overcooked/ overheated and not edible. He grunted and took the plates. On paying we were charged £37 .. the price had gone up to £17:10?? Unclear why? And the service charge £3:42 was added without informing or explaining to us, it would be added to the bill. My partner paid and then realised we had been overcharged and returned to speak to an assistant. The elder assistant was rude and dismissive when the bill was challenged and told him everything that was on the bill was ‘standard’. My partner also challenged the service charge as the service was extremely poor but again was met with rudeness and arrogance. As he stood his ground about this, the service charge was begrudgingly refunded but the increased price was neither explained or refunded. I find it unbelievable that a top chef can own and put his name to one of the worst meals I have ever eaten. As this is one of six food bar/grills of the outlet, I feel other potential customers should have a realistic review available.
We came here for a quick drink and food for my son's birthday we were served by the lovely Pepe,he answered all our questions and was very friendly .would definitely come again if he was our server Thank you Pepe!
Love this place but we are currently sitting outside for a relaxing drink before going back to our room. There is a big table of staff from both Frankie’s and the adjoining hotel who are drinking, shouting, swearing at the top of their voices. Staff members should not be able to drink after shift if they are going to act like this. I will say the lady who was working is very professional.
