Very disappointing. They are not doing the proper service and charge extra money. The biggest scam is changing the xpulse 4v oil on 6000 kms in the user manuel it is clearly mentioned that need to change it at 12000kms. On my paid service the charge me 460 rs without water service and they doesn't even check the tyre pressure. Just tighten the chain and charge me 460 rs . It is better to avoid this service find another service provider for better results.
I had a really disappointing experience from here. My side stand sensor of Xpulse 200 4v was broken. They told me that they can fix within 1 week. They were not enough responsible to notify me about the sensor stock and updates, I was the one who approached them back. Still after the 4 week, they are sticking on silly excuses that the server is down for purchasing sensor.Too irresponsible

I recently had my scooter serviced, but just two days after, the accelerator cable broke. The service representatives promptly came to fix the issue by replacing the cable, but I was charged extra for the replacement and labor.
Just regularly giving 2 stats,, even they are not deserve that also... Very poor customer service... and waited like 30 minutes to only get my bill even my bike in parked out side after preparing. Worst customer service
