Renee Morgan has sold three houses for me in the last 6 years. She and her team have made me a lot of profit! Ignorance is a choice! My experience with Renee Morgan Realty was nothing to boast about. I sent two emails directly to the Senior property manager handling the property - Sarita Makenzie to which neither have received a response. I believe wether a person is a tenant, a buyer or an investor we should be treated with respect. I guess they think otherwise. This agency cannot do something as simple as reply to an email then I cannot recommend. I took my business elsewhere.
We are grieving retired people who bought a house in Robina from Renee Morgan. Renee mislead us and decieved us by false marketing. She advertised the property as a five bedroom three bathroom house. One of the bedrooms was the standalone garage converted to a bedroom without any council approval. She told us lies about the property. The fifth bedroom didn't have a smoke alarm and is non-compliant. We have reported Renee to the Office of Fair Trading and will be taking further action. Renee was deceitful and showed no sympathy to elderly greiving parents. Future home buyers should be careful dealing with Renee and approach other agents.
